Payment

We accept payment through PayPal either via a PayPal account or directly using a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Arrangements can also be made for direct bank transfers and payments via cheque.

When you place a credit card order online, all the information you input is encrypted using the PayPal website Which ollows strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information and are registered under the Data Protection Act.

 


Pricing

All pricing is listed in AUD and includes GST. Working Glass reserves the right to change pricing at its discretion without notice. Prices listed may differ across various stockists and resellers.

Orders

Occasionally items are incorrectly listed as 'in stock' on our website. We apologise if this situation does occur and will contact you immediately to work out a solution. Working Glass generally has a 30-60 day delivery on all orders, so we’ll attempt to have the item made, (size of order dependent!) If we cannot deliver you order within the agreed time, Working Glass gives you the option of a full refund, exchange of item or to put the item on back order if it is due to be back in stock soon.

Refund / Exchange

Working Glass does not offer refunds.

Our products are hand blown and crafted which makes each item unique.  While every effort is made to achieve the highest quality, our lighting may include a degree of variation in colour and size, and potentially a degree of imperfection in each individual piece.

If you believe your item is faulty, you will be asked to submit photographs of the fault within 3 days of receiving your order. It is up to the discretion of Working Glass to determine, at its discretion, whether or not the item has a legitimate fault. Typically, small air bubbles or specs in the glass are not imperfections and colour variations are not considered a fault and will not result in a refund or exchange.

However, if we do find that your item is faulty, where we have an item in stock, we’ll offer a replacement in the first instance, or a credit note or exchange to the same value. If you change your mind about a piece, you could gift it to a friend who will enjoy it? If you don’t accept these terms you may prefer to purchase mass produced, commercial lighting.

Please note, exchanges or credit notes are at the discretion of Working Glass staff and will not be offered on custom orders, if you simply change your mind, or if you don’t notify your Working Glass contact of a fault within three days of delivery.

All returned merchandise will be at the client’s cost and must be unused and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Working Glass has a no returns policy on sale items.

Working Glass is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our newsletter and to personalize your shopping experience with us.

We offer links to other Web sites. Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours. If our policy on information collection or uses changes, we will update this policy page.
